This is one of those songs that simply wrote itself. I just put it on paper. I worked with this lovely young woman. She has the most beautiful smile and personality. I only hope this song does her justice. The song is fairly straight forward and clean, at least until you get to the lead. In order to keep the lead clearly laid out, I arranged the three part harmony as an inversion. It’s a little subdued (the only distortion in the song). The implied feeling of the lyrics really brings the lead to life, especially once the harmony kicks in at the end of the lead.
