Unattributed in SLUB Dresden, but the composer's initials appear in the RH corner of p.1, and the hand is the same as the other two pieces by Reichard in the library.

The first information is helpful, but since most- even the "autographed" ones- of the SLUB manuscripts are manuscript copies by one or another of their court copyists or people associated with the composer (e.g. Pisendel) (see the descriptions of these manuscripts @RISM Online)- this really suggests that the same copyist was used. Still yes, it at least strongly suggests that it's the same composer. - Schissel
