Jimi Hendrix 70th Anniversary Tribute Series celebrates the 70th birthday of the legendary guitarist with the release of a set of limited-edition Guitar pedals, designed to re-create four of Hendrix ’s most recognisable effects. Designed by the Dunlop MXR team, the Fuzz Face, Cry Baby, Octavio and Univibe Phase-Shifter Guitar Pedals , all come in Phase 90-sized housings with modern upgrades such as true bypass switching, bright LEDs and 9-volt power jacks. This effects pedal, the Univibe , re-creates the thick wash heard on the Band Of Gypsys album. With its phasey, chorusy, Leslie-sounding goodness, The Jimi Hendrix 70th Anniversary Tribute Series Univibe Phase-Shifter delivers the same transcendent tones, in all of their analogue glory, despite being a fraction of the size of the vintage Shin-ei unit used by Hendrix in the late 60s. This pedal features an iconic colourful design by the legendary rock artist John Van Hamersveld.
